Умные дороги и интеллектуальная транспортная система

В данной работе проведен обзор и обобщение отечественного и зарубежного опыта в реализации Интеллектуальных транспортных систем (ИТС) с точки зрения концепции SmartRoads («Умные дороги»), позволяющие читателю составить мнение об их современном уровне и перспективах развития. Рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся инфраструктуры ИТС, использования «умных» материалов в дорожном строительстве, использования солнечной энергии и энергии движущегося автотранспорта. Подробно рассмотрены методы (способы) управления температурным режимом дорожного полотна и утилизации энергии движущегося транспорта. В целях аккумуляции солнечной энергии и дальнейшего ее использования предложено оборудование в соответствующих местах соляных солнечных прудов. Уточнена классификация параметров эксплуатационных параметров ИТС по двум основным критериям: безопасность (комфорт) и энергоэффективность. В ВУЗах, осуществляющих подготовку специалистов по автодорожному профилю, предлагается реализация проекта «умный километр», представляющего собой современный научно-образовательный комплекс («умная дорога» в миниатюре).
