In the context of the global need to transition to renewable energy sources, wave energy stands out as a promising area that can reduce environmental damage and promote sustainable development. In Russia, this industry is at an early stage of development, but it is of particular interest to remote regions, where it can become a key factor in economic progress. Object: to study the key management aspects of startups in the field of wave energy, including the analysis of successful business models and strategies, as well as identifying factors that ensure growth and scaling of activities in this area, in order to formulate recommendations for the sustainable development of startups in this industry in Russian Federation.
