The conditions of efficient implementation of the strategic partnership “school – university” in modern education

The different aspects of creating the efficient innovative system of cooperation of science, education, the bodies of authority and business in the region and the significance for the social and economic development of the country are considered. There are characterized the conditions of the efficient implementation of the potential of the strategic partnership “school - university” at the regional level. The examples of realization of the indicated conditions are described.
