The article deals with the issue of ensuring the practical focus of the biological and pedagogic readiness of a teacher. There is specified the concept, there are defined the elements of the biological and pedagogic readiness. The authors substantiate the pedagogical conditions of the implementation of the integrated model of practice in the educational process of the pedagogic higher educational establishment.
