В обзоре представлено диагностическая технология дуплексного сканирования, как современная неинвазивная информативная методика верификации субклинического каротидного атеросклероза. Дана оценка и характеристика значений толщины комплекса интима-медиа (ТКИМ) и атеросклеротических бляшек (АСБ) в риск-стратификации пациентов в рамках первичной кардиоваскулярной профилактики.
