Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса о том, может ли влиять цифровизация на виктимизацию в обществе. Цифровизация как процесс движения к цифровому обществу - неотвратимый и неоднозначный, в силу присущим ему особенностей. Актуальность рассматриваемой в статье проблемы состоит в том, что многие аспекты жизнедеятельности человека в современном обществе осуществляются в цифровом формате. Каждый из нас зависим от эффективности внедряемых в социальные процессы цифровых технологий. Переход к цифровому обществу способствует упрощению многим процессам в работе правительства, реализации бизнеса, предоставления и приобретения товаров и услуг, получения и обработки информации, развитие коммуникации и т. д. При этом совершение преступлений с использованием цифровых технологий уже очевидный факт, количество этих преступлений в последние годы получило широкое распространение. Использование достижений цифровых технологий в криминальных целях порождает новый вид виктимизации - цифровой. Анализ данных криминальной статистики указывает на развитие цифровой виктимизации в современном обществе.

Does digitalization affect victimization in today's society?
This article examines the question of whether digitalization can influence victimization in society. Digitalization as a process of moving towards a digital society is inevitable and ambiguous, due to its inherent characteristics. The relevance of the problem considered in this article is that many aspects of human activity in modern society are carried out digitally. Each of us depends on the efficiency of the digital technologies introduced in social processes. The transition to a digital society contributes to the simplification of many processes in government, business implementation, provision and purchase of goods and services, receipt and processing of information, development of communication, etc. At the same time committing crimes using digital technology is already an obvious fact, the number of these crimes in recent years has become widespread. The use of advances in digital technology for criminal purposes generates a new type of victimization - digital. Analysis of criminal statistics indicates the development of digital victimization in modern society.
