Influence of the preparedness of the future teacher for applying reflection to the process of interiorizing professional culture

The article characterizes the essence and structure of the professional culture of the future teacher, suggests that the influence of reflection on its formation and the actions of the teacher promoting such formation in the higher school educational process. Results of the experimental work carried out to prove the hypothesis of the influence of thementioned actions on strengthening the connection between the reflection development level and professional culture components of the future teachers are presented. The results of the experimental work prove the hypothesis and it has practical importance for the organization of the corresponding educational process in the higher school.
