The influence of ethno-confessional identity on the specific features of acceptance of self-image by students

The differences in the peculiarities of acceptance of self image by students, related to two ethnoconfessional groups: chechen-islamic and kalmyk-buddhist, are considered. It is stated that the representatives of ethno-confessional groups are inclined to accept the traits that are in the national character, disclaiming the opposite ones. The revealed specific features in the study can be used in the process of creating the programs of patriotic education.
