Влияние образовательной среды вузов МВД России на психологическую безопасность обучающихся (на примере Уральского юридического института МВД России)

Профессионально действующие в правовом поле сотрудники полиции оказывают огромное влияние на правосознание граждан, обеспечение безопасности и исполнения законов страны. Специфика обучения в образовательных организациях высшего образования МВД России предъявляет высокие требования к личности и жизни обучающихся. Процесс профессионального становления происходит в сложных и зачастую противоречивых условиях, что оказывает неблагоприятное психологическое воздействие на всех субъектов образовательных отношений. Исследование, проведенное на базе Уральского юридического института МВД России, показало, что наиболее интенсивный стресс, оказывающий влияние на психологическую безопасность курсантов, оказывают: необходимость ношения формы за пределами института, суточные наряды, наряды по хозяйственной работе, отработка нарядов в учебном процессе и строгая регламентация режима дня. В исследовании участвовали только курсанты первого года обучения, так как именно после первого курса зафиксировано значительное количество курсантов, отчисляющихся как по собственному желанию, так и по причине неуспеваемости. В опросе приняли участие в общей сложности 146 обучающихся: в равной мере были опрошены 73 юноши и 73 девушки, так как различные стрессоры оказывают неодинаковое влияние по своей силе на сотрудников разного пола. Возраст всех респондентов 18-19 лет. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что профессиональный стресс оказывает негативное влияние на психологическую безопасность обучающихся в вузах МВД России: снижает работоспособность, подавляет инициативу, снижает интерес к службе и обучению, что является одной из причин увольнения курсантов со службы в органах внутренних дел и отчисления из вузов МВД России.

The influence of the educational environment of the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the psychological safety of students (on the example of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia)
Police officers acting professionally in the legal field have a huge impact on the legal awareness of citizens, ensuring the safety and enforcement of the laws of the country. The specifics of training in educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia places high demands on the personality and life of students. The process of professional formation takes place in complex and often contradictory conditions, which has an adverse psychological impact on all subjects of educational relations. A study conducted on the basis of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia showed that the most intense stress affecting the psychological safety of cadets is: necessary the need to wear uniforms outside the institute, daily outfits, outfits for household work, working out outfits in the educational process and strict regulation of the daily routine. Only cadets of the first year of study participated in the study, since it was after the first year that a significant number of cadets were registered who were expelled both at their own request and due to lack of progress. A total of 146 students took part in the survey: 73 boys and 73 girls were equally interviewed, since various stressors have an unequal effect on employees of different genders. The age of all respondents is 18-19 years old.The study revealed that professional stress has a negative impact on the psychological safety of students in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia: reduces efficiency, suppresses initiative, reduces interest in service and training, which is one of the reasons for the dismissal of cadets from service in the internal affairs bodies and expulsion from universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
