Taekwondo classes contribute to the comprehensive development of the motor and functional capabilities of the body. Almost all the qualities necessary for a taekwondo practitioner when performing a specific job: dexterity, endurance, speed, coordination and strength are developed with rationally constructed classes, taking into account the peculiarities of the structure and development of the body of children. In the course of their activities, the athlete must be able to find the right solutions and build rational tactical tasks. This requires the appropriate intellectual development of such abilities for the perception, evaluation and processing of the information of the duel, such as attention, memory, thinking, etc.
