The issues of organization of in-company training of teachers of additional education in the sphere of interaction with students’ parents are considered. The experience of program approbation in the institution of additional education “Success” (Zhigulevsk. the Samara region), including the basic approaches, forms and methods (project work, workshop, training and budding), that provide the professional development of pedagogical staff, is characterized.
