The substantiation of necessity of studying the peculiarities of development of pedagogical worldview of students of the pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical profiles in the educational process of university is presented on the basis of amplification of educational potential of academic disciplines and the organization of purposeful educational work with students. The concept “pedagogical worldview”, its structural components and the ways of development are considered.
