Education in modern communities with mixed ages of the CIS: conditions of organization

The article deals with the conditions where there is organized the interaction of the members of the communities with mixed ages from the states - the members of the CIS. The revealed conditions are divided in two complexes. The first complex includes the conditions associated with the development of the regional infrastructure of the continuous education, the second one includes the organizational and pedagogical conditions.
