Возможности неантибактериальной терапии и профилактики инфекций мочевыводящих путей

Введение. Рецидивирующие инфекции мочевыводящих путей (РИМП) являются одной из распространенных нозологий в практике врача-уролога. Около половины всех женщин в течение жизни могли иметь, по крайней мере, один эпизод инфекции мочевыводящих путей (ИМП). Антибактериальная терапия по-прежнему является основой лечения ИМП. Необходимость поиска альтернативных вариантов лечения и профилактики ИМП продиктована частым использование антибактериальных препаратов. Чаще всего говорят о применении D-маннозы и фитопрепаратов. Целью настоящего обзора литературы является критический анализ проведенных на настоящий момент клинических исследований, которые изучали эффективность и безопасность D-маннозы и фитопрепаратов для профилактики и лечения РИМП.
