Статья посвящена новому направлению аналитического приборостроения - микрофлюидным чип-анализаторам (МФЧА). Описаны преимущества этого класса приборов перед большими лабораторными системами. Рассмотрены технические и технологические проблемы и их решения при создании микрочипов, перспективы разработок МФЧА и применения.

High-performance capillary electrophoresis and microfluidic chip-analyzers. II. Microfluidic chip-analyzers

The paper is devoted to a new direction in analytical instrumentation - microfluidic on-chip analyzers (MFCA). The advantages of this class of devices over large laboratory systems are described. Technical and production technology problems and the ways of their solution in the course of microchip design and fabrication are considered. The prospects for MFCA development and application are outlined.
