Copyright and related rights protection on the world information network

This article deals with the problems of protecting copyright and related rights in the global information system, displays cases from judicial practice in the field of infringement of copyright and related rights in the global network, examines the specifics of the intellectual property protected object, raises the issue of copyright infringement rights in social networks and responsibility of Internet service providers. The article also touches upon the problems of protecting rights when using reference addressing, namely, responsibility for the violation of the hyperlinks use.
