Land plot as an object of the lease agreement

The article examines the characteristic features of a land plot as an object of a lease agreement. In the course of studying the problem, the author examines the relationship between the concepts of the subject and the object of the contractual obligation, examines the possibility of concluding a lease agreement regarding a part of the land plot, the share of the land plot without allotment in kind, as well as the share in the right to lease the land plot. After analyzing the current civil and land legislation, judicial practice and legal literature, the author comes to the conclusion that the object of the lease agreement can be a land plot or its part, individualized in the terms of the contract.
