The equality of students' being familiar with thorough knowledge and their readiness for executing professional competences is proclaimed. Modular organization of educational content is supposed to be developed according to the development paradigm of pedagogically accompanied educational activities: study and self educational activity, self educational and research activity, project and research activity (for post-graduate students). Graduating students9 basic professional competences are proposed to be interpreted with students' and post-graduate students' educational competences.
