На протяжении всего развития человечества общество находится в постоянном совершенствовании и трансформации, XXI век не является исключением, затрагивая все сферы жизнедеятельности социума. Цифровизация, новые технологии, мультимедийность позволяют системе образования не отставать от сложившихся тенденций, становясь доступнее, интерактивнее и эффективнее. Комплексность образования способствует индивидуализации обучения, раскрывая потенциал и потребности каждого обучающегося, тем самым повышая не только мотивацию, но и качество передаваемых знаний [6, с. 322-326].

Current aspects of the formation of value-worldview competence in the process of training cadets (trainees) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia
Throughout the entire development of mankind, society is in constant improvement and transformation, the XXI century is no exception, affecting all spheres of social activity. Digitalization, new technologies, and multimedia allow the education system to keep up with current trends, becoming more accessible, interactive, and efficient. The complexity of education contributes to the individualization of learning, revealing the potential and needs of each student, thereby increasing not only motivation, but also the quality of knowledge transferred [6, p. 322-326]. Relevance: the modern system of personal education is undergoing crisis trends associated with value and ideological confusion, consumer attitudes not only to oneself, but also to society. By forming and developing innovative activity among young people in all spheres of life (social, economic, scientific), motivation for work, creative abilities, spiritual and moral qualities, intellectual and emotional self-improvement, we can talk about overcoming negative trends that have a destructive effect on personal education.
