В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы оценки инновационного развития морских портов, подходы, методика оценки и анализа деятельности портовых компаний в авторской интерпретации. Подчеркивается, что в условиях острой конкуренции на мировом рынке транспортных услуг использование инноваций портовых предприятий становится ключевым фактором успеха для морских портов. Авторами исследования анализируются особенности транспортных услуг, влияющие на характер инновационного развития, рассматриваются ожидаемые результаты от внедрения инноваций для транспортных предприятий. Выявлены Особенности транспортных услуг, влияющих на характер инновационного развития. Показаны ожидаемые результаты о внедрения инноваций для транспортных предприятий, а также предложены критерии оценки инновационного развития. Продемонстрированы гипотетические виды эффектов от внедрения инновационного развития и их сущность. В статье проводится обзор существующих методик оценки инновационного развития, выявлены их недостатки, подчеркивается необходимость учета специфики деятельности морских портов при определении критериев и показателей оценки. Выявлены противоречия в методах оценки инновационной деятельности, доказывается необходимость разработки специализированных методов оценки инновационного развития морских портов. В авторской интерпретации определены критерии, которым должен соответствовать методический подход оценки инновационного развития.

Analysis of methodological approaches to the assessment of innovative development of sea ports
The article considers current issues of assessing the innovative development of seaports, approaches, methods of assessing and analyzing the activities of port companies in the author's interpretation. It is emphasized that in the conditions of intense competition in the global transport services market, the use of innovations of port enterprises is becoming a key success factor for seaports. The authors of the study analyze the features of transport services that affect the nature of innovative development, consider the expected results from the introduction of innovations for transport enterprises. The expected results of the introduction of innovations for transport enterprises are shown, and the criteria for assessing innovative development are proposed. Hypothetical types of effects from the introduction of innovative development and their essence are demonstrated. A review of existing methods for assessing innovative development is carried out, their shortcomings are identified, the need to take into account the specifics of the activities of seaports when determining the criteria and indicators for assessment is emphasized. Contradictions in the methods of assessing innovative activity are revealed, the need to develop specialized methods for assessing the innovative development of seaports is proved. The author's interpretation defines the criteria that a methodological approach to assessing innovative development should meet.
