Статья посвящена особенностям апелляционной юстиции в тюдоровской и раннестюартовской Англии и формированию специфической апелляционной инстанции - Суда Делегатов. Парламентские акты, регулирующие деятельность трибунала, служат важным источником для изучения представлений современников о сущности монаршего суверенитета в раннестюартовской Англии.

Appellate justice in Tudor and early Stuart England: parliament acts of 1532-1533
The article describes peculiar features of appellate jurisdiction in Tudor and Early Stuart England and the rise of a specific appellate institution - the Court of Delegates. Several parliament acts regulating its activities are highly important source for the reconstruction of the contemporaries' ideas about the essence of the royal sovereignty in the Early Stuart England.
