Асептический некроз кости это частое осложнение переломов или нарушения кровоснабжения таранной кости. Лечение данного типа осложнения представляет определенные сложности. Плохие результаты лечения встречаются часто. Целью данного обзора литературы является выявление всех возможных методов лечения асептического некроза таранной кости и определения наиболее целесообразной тактики лечения в каждом конкретном случае.
