Choosing a specialized exercise system for swimming training for students majoring in physical education at Tay Bac University

The research process selected 39 exercises, then based on physical fitness levels, facilities, training grounds, and equipment, and following the swimming teaching process, the author organized the exercises systematically from easy to difficult, from simple to complex.
