Что говорит теория привязанности о суицидальном поведении? Краткий обзор современных исследований

В настоящем нарративном обзоре представлены данные, преимущественно зарубежных исследований последних лет, посвящённых роли небезопасных типов привязанности в развитии суицидальных мыслей и поведения. Сформулированы и сведены воедино факторы, влияющие на развитие так называемых «небезопасных внутренних рабочих моделей» (по Дж. Боулби), увеличивающих риск совершения суицидальной попытки. Перечислены известные на данный момент медиаторные факторы, а именно когнитивные, поведенческие и личностные особенности, опосредующие связь между ненадёжными типами привязанности и суицидальными интенциями. Представленные данные взяты с крупных международных научных репозиториев (ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, CORE), преимущественно за период с 2000 по 2023 г. Данные о роли паттернов привязанности хорошо согласуются с межличностной моделью суицида, нейробиологическими исследованиями и могут быть использованы как мишени при психотерапии суицидального поведения.
