Введение: Англия переживает период радикальной реформы системы гражданского правосудия. Продвигается новый ландшафт цифрового разрешения споров, центральное место в котором занимает убежденность английских законодателей в том, что переход от разрешения юридических споров в физических судах к разрешению их в онлайн-среде поможет удовлетворить двойные требования - расширение доступа к правосудию при значительном снижении системных затрат. Как отмечали английские авторы, сейчас в стране имеется полуцифровая система правосудия и гибридные способы работы. Сторонники реформ определяют нынешнюю систему как неустойчивую и считают рост цифровизации единственным реалистичным решением.

Digitalization of civil proceedings in England
Introduction: England is going through a period of radical reform of the civil justice system. A new landscape of digital dispute resolution is advancing, based on the idea that the transition from ‘paperbased’ resolution of legal disputes in physical courts to an online environment will help meet the dual requirements of expanded access to justice and significantly reduced system costs. As noted by the English authors, now the country has a semi-digital justice system and hybrid ways of working. Supporters of the reforms define the current system as unstable and consider growing digitalization to be the only realistic solution.
