The article examines the performance of a SWOT analysis in the territory of the local initiative group - a public-private partnership aimed to develop, ensure capacity and implement the Strategy for Community-led local development of a certain territory. Special attention is paid to the resources and efficiency of the method in its application for the analysis of the territory of the NGO „MIG Zavet - Kubrat“.

Статья наглядно демонстрирует возможности применения SWOT и PEST-анализа в целях принятия грамотных управленческих решений.

В данной статье на основе SWOT-анализа проводится международное маркетинговое исследование Huawei, в котором исследуются преимущества Huawei в области технологических инноваций и стратегий научного развития. Недостатком является отсутствие опыта международной конкуренции; а также государственные субсидии, популяризация интернет-технологий и глобализация рынка и другие возможности; в то же время Huawei также сталкивается с угрозой жесткой конкуренции между отраслями и торговыми барьерами из дома и за рубежом.

В статье был проведен SWOT-анализ регионального банка на примере ПАО КБ «Центр-инвест». Данный метод позволил нам определить сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы в деятельности кредитной организации. По результатам SWOT-анализа были выявлены и оценены ключевые факторы, определяющие положение банка на региональном рынке, а также сформулирован вывод о конкурентоспособности сформировавшейся модели его функционирования.

This article focuses on social issues, namely ecological and water problems that are described in the compositions of T.Jumamuratov, including his satirical works. The poet of satires feels the importance of ecological problems in Karakalpakstan and highlights it in his literature works. The relationship and communication between people come in the first place. In his works the evil attitude of people to nature, social changes, the emergence of the term "human ecology", the sudden changes in nature are described. The author describes that any kind of issue arises as a result of this relations with a journalistic pathos.
