Annotatation: The formation of the communicative competence of students with full justification is the content of teaching practical knowledge of a foreign language. The problem is that the conventional (accepted) composition of the components of communicative competence does not fully determine the readiness of students for foreign language communication. The study shows that the readiness of students to communicate in a foreign language is provided by an expanded composition of components of communicative competence, including not only discursive, but also intellectual and personal readiness for communicative activity, as well as a communicative attitude.

Comorbidity and its prognostic significance in patients with myocardial infarction myocardium

MI is still an urgent medical and social problem. Due to the high socio-economic significance of this nosology, there is an increasing interest in studying the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical features of MI in young and middle-aged people. Despite a sufficient amount of literature data characterizing the etiopathogenesis of MI in general, the question of the significance of certain traditional risk factors in the formation of MI in young and middle-aged patients remains open. Currently, there are practically no studies devoted to the study of the structure and prognostic significance of comorbid conditions in this category of patients. There is a need to create original statistical models of risk stratification in young and middle-aged MI patients using "new" genetic and biochemical markers. However, the possibility of combining humoral and clinical-genetic markers to predict and stratify the risk of MI in young and middle-aged patients requires further study and is of independent practical importance for the development of effective programs for primary and secondary prevention of MI in this category of patients. One of the effective ways to obtain this kind of information is the creation of independent registries of patients who have had MI.

The comorbid background of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is burdened by no less than the somatic status of "vascular" patients, while it is obvious that COPD, in turn, aggravates the clinical course of the absolute majority of diseases known today according to a number of clinical and laboratory indicators. In this article, special attention is paid to the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of comorbid processes in diseases of the nasal cavity and diseases of the bronchopulmonary system.
