Данная статья продолжает цикл публикаций, посвященных результатам многолетних исследований Центра по изучению эффективности различных методов лечения первичного рака трахеи. 292 больным первичным раком трахеи, из которых у 144 диагностирован аденокистозный и у 148 - плоскоклеточный рак, проведено специальное лечение (хирургическое, комбинированное, лучевая терапия). Радикальное хирургическое лечение в самостоятельном виде выполнено у 90 больных первичным раком трахеи, из них у 47 пациентов была выявлена аденокистозная форма рака, а у 43 - плоскоклеточный рак, характеризующийся весьма агрессивным течением по сравнению с аденокистозной формой рака данной локализации. Представлены отдаленные результаты хирургического лечения первичного рака трахеи.

Surgical treatment of primary cancer of the trachea

This article continues the cycle of publications concerning the results of research conducted at the Center for the study of the effectiveness of various treatments of primary cancer of the trachea. The special treatment (surgery, combined, radiotherapy) was performed for 292 patients with primary cancer of the trachea, 144 of them had adenoid cystic carcinoma and in 148 had squamous cell carcinoma. Radical surgical treatment as the single treatment was performed in 90 patients with primary cancer of the trachea, among which 47 patients had adenocystic form of cancer, and 43 suffered from squamous cell carcinoma.
