The competence-based approach assumes that the main emphasis is not simply on the acquisition of a certain amount of knowledge and skills by the cadets, but on the formation of a systemic set of competencies. The development of the presentation includes the actions of the cadet, in the process of performing which he develops general and communicative competence.
