В статье рассмотрены способы обеспечения и укрепления конкурентных преимуществ в экономической деятельности предприятий посредством инноваций. Отмечено, что использование и внедрение инноваций на предприятиях служит механизмом реагирования на динамичную среду, в которой развитие устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ обеспечивает выживание и позиционирование субъекта хозяйствования на рынке. При этом инновации не подразумевают только развитие технологий, но и внедрение, создание или разработку «новых» элементов, имеющих применение в процессах, продуктах, методах, каналах и других характеристиках работы предприятия. В завершении исследования делается вывод о том, возможность сделать инновации частью стратегии функционирования предприятия реализуется за счет выбора целей, построения бизнес-процессов и систематического измерения успеха.

Innovations in the economic activity of enterprises
The article discusses ways to ensure and strengthen competitive advantages in the economic activity of enterprises through innovation. It is noted that the use and implementation of innovations in enterprises serves as a mechanism for responding to a dynamic environment in which the development of sustainable competitive advantages ensures the survival and positioning of a business entity in the market. At the same time, innovation does not imply only the development of technologies, but also the introduction, creation or development of «new» elements that are used in processes, products, methods, channels and other characteristics of the enterprise. It is concluded that the opportunity to make innovation a part of the enterprise functioning strategy is realized through the choice of goals, the construction of business processes and the systematic measurement of success.
