В данном исследовании проведен анализ различных аспектов инновационной безопасности, рассмотрены альтернативные подходы к пониманию данной категории, изучены основные подходы к формированию системы индикаторов инновационной безопасности региона. Предложенная система индикаторов, была положена в основу интегральной оценки инновационной безопасности Хабаровского края, что, с одной стороны, позволило выявить риски и угрозы инновационно деятельности в регионе, с другой стороны оценить результаты деятельности региональных органов управления.

Integral assessment innovative security of the region
This study analyzes various aspects of innovation security, considers alternative approaches to understanding this category, and studies the main approaches to the formation of a system of indicators of innovation security in the region. The proposed system of indicators was used as the basis for an integral assessment of the innovation security of the Khabarovsk Territory, which, on the one hand, made it possible to identify risks and threats to innovation activity in the region, and on the other hand, to evaluate the results of the activities of regional government bodies.Goal: conducting an integral assessment of the region's innovation security, identifying threats that have a significant impact on the sustainable development of the region's innovation system and hindering its full and progressive development.Methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization of scientific sources on the object and subject of research.Results: based on the index method for assessing the innovative potential of the regional innovation system, a system of indicators was compiled, grouped into four projections, and the state of innovation security in the region was assessed.
