Issues of the invalid transactions’ legal regulation

Article considers definition and entity of the basic legal institution of civil law - transaction, because of the fact that almost all civil relationships occurs from different types of transactions. Demands of validity of transactions also considered as far as only that type of transactions lead to occurring of legal consequences which their participant want to achieve. Also the definition of invalid transaction and their types given in the article. Special attention pays to demands of invalid transactions, because lots of people don’t have necessary legal knowledges to make a correct claim in this category of disputes.
