Историческое развитие концепции эндопротезирования коленного сустава

Тотальное эндопротезирование коленного сустава зачастую является единственным методом лечения деформирующего артроза коленного сустава. Применяются различные типы эндопротезов в зависимости от степени связанности. По данным зарубежной литературы в последнее время идет увеличение использования эндопротезов с сохранением задней крестообразной связки, они показали чуть лучшую выживаемость по сравнению с эндопротезами с ее замещением.
