Burnout and communicative competence of preschool teachers as a factor of psychological safety

On the basis of the applied social-psychological research we evaluate communicative competence of professional pedagogical activity in view of symptom load of burnout. We determined groups of tutors with higher and lower communicative competence using the method of psychological testing. We distinguished the differences between their empirical structures and burnout of tutors in both groups.
