"Ecosynergy system" as a new solution for waste management's field

The European Union as a whole, societies and individuals, ecologists are looking for a solution to the conflict between rising bunch of waste and a clean living environment, an essential condition for our survival. The European Union Regulation declares that the produced raw material has 4 to 6 times useful value in the circular economy (industry - consumer - processing - industry) before the molecular structure of the raw material changes that it no longer has any useful value. Slovenia demonstrates a high level of waste recycling culture even in comparison with other EU countries, however, it is possible that we are dealing with accounting deficiencies in this case. We need completely new «economic-sociological-ethical» approach, which will use the existing market economy system to relieve and completely clean the environment, using the power and consciousness of the individual, trade, services, and industry. A model of the «Eco-synergetic system» was proposed. This model intigrates vertically institutions that are responsible for waste management, the industry that emits waste raw materials and designates food and non-food consumer goods with the Certificate of extended producer responsibility in a synergic relationship with a consumer who is through a trade and service activity for the selected and collected waste fractions will create new conditions for store, industry and service activity.

"Культурный капитал населения" как элемент социокультурного портрета

Автор исследует один из элементов социокультурного портрета Сивинского муниципального района - «Культурный капитал населения». Этот элемент является важной частью социокультурного портрета, с помощью которого, в свою очередь, можно определить состояние района, его положение в социокультурном пространстве края и страны. Непосредственно элемент «Культурный капитал населения» позволяет судить о культурной сфере жизни района, его культурных особенностях; позволяет определить связь с другими элементами портрета, и на основе полученных данных проводить сравнительный анализ с другими территориями.

Статья посвящена изучению одного из элементов социокультурного портрета Сивинского муниципального района - «Население и поселения». Этот элемент является неотъемлемой частью составления социокультурного портрета, с помощью которого, в свою очередь, можно определить состояние района, его положение в социокультурном пространстве края и страны. Непосредственно элемент «Население и поселения» позволяет судить об этнокультурных, социальных особенностях, о демографической ситуации в районе, ее динамике и развитии; дает возможность выявить связь с другими элементами портрета, и на основе полученных данных проводить сравнение с другими территориями.

Также приводится описание исследования, посвященного анализу представлений о патриотической картине мира у школьников 7-8, 1011 классов и студентов гуманитарного и негуманитарного профилей учебных заведений г. Перми, заключающегося в применении таких проективных техник как свободный ассоциативный эксперимент и рисуночный тест.

"Рациональное" самоубийство: принятие решений в условиях неопределенности

Автор статьи предлагает рассмотреть проблему «рациональности» самоубийства, и, в частности, такой ее важный аспект, как принятие решений о самоубийстве в условиях неопределенности, неизвестности ближайшего и далекого будущего. Автор, опираясь на подход профессора философии Шелли Кагана, приходит к выводу о том, что невозможно говорить о «рациональности» этого страшного деяния, не рассматривая при этом этические и теологические вопросы.

"Субъект из машины": две беды и один синтез на повороте дискурса о высшем образовании

Статья представляет актуальное состояние дискурса о высшем образовании как поворот от «обличительной культуры» к «конструктивной коммуникации». Сфера образования рассматривается в русле современной онтологии, как убыль бытия в техноцентричном мире, и в то же время, как возможность поворота к бытию при условии транс-дисциплинарности. В качестве мета-теоретического основания этого поворота рассмотрена позиция субъекта, преобразующая ситуацию самодовлеющей инновационной «машины, производящей отчуждение» в практику пайдейи, адекватную современности. Дан анализ технологий балльно-рейтинговой системы, метода портфолио, эссе и дорожных карт как возможных практик субъекта.

Changes in management styles in the XXI century: challenges and opportunities

The author analyzes the socio-cultural features of the Millennials generation. These features forms theirs outlook on the world and how they live and work in it. These features are as follows: high level of integration with new information and communication technologies; preference for a flexible work schedule; high value of family relations; a high level of social consciousness, manifested in volunteer activity; a high degree of readiness for a change of work position; high level of readiness to work abroad; focus on team-work; high, often painful sensitivity to criticism. The author suggests that taking into account these typical features of Millennials in management models will allow to realize high labor potential of Millennials and avoid conflicts with representatives of other generations in the workplace.

The similarities between Helene Kottanner and Emestina Jelovsek include the fact that they wrote their memoirs in German, on in the Middle Ages and the other in the Modern Period. H. Kottanner wrote the first medieval memories, and E. Jelovsek the first (Slovenian) modern memories. The first author has received a great deal of controversy in European literature and in nonliterary circles because she has interfered with the political developments of Central Europe through her actions. Ernestina Jelovsek is better known as the only surviving child of the Slovenian national poet France Preseren. Regarding Preseren, especially his romantic love for the rich and prestigious Julija Primic is glorified, while the mother of their three children, Ana Jelovsek, is belittled. The romanticization of love between Preseren and Julija, unfortunately, overshadowed many other aspects of Preseren.

The discussion deals with the Slovene young adult literary culture in the period 1848/50-2018 on selected examples from young adult literature that have characterized the literary culture in the Slovenian territory. Folklore studies are presented, as well as the versions of the distribution of selected fairy tale types in different cultures. On the example of the Slovenian folk tale The Golden Bird contributions to the spatial understanding of literary culture are presented. Based on the mapping of The Golden Bird as a case study of Slovenian folk tale, the distribution of fairy tale types across different languages, literature and cultures is presented. This is followed by the presentation of examples with the possibility of transferring mapping into teaching practice.

Ecology as a new ethical system

Ecology as a new religion is above the state, state systems, overall existing religions, multinationals, all existing hegemons and whoever does not understand that, it will find out through extreme contamination of living space with various diseases, contaminated water, extreme weather phenomena, with the collapse of all previous systems, which no army and force can stand up to. The situation in our environment and on our planet is alarming primarily because we do not take into account the limited natural resources and do not respect the principle of sustainable use of nature due to the interests of capital, which requires profit at all costs in the exploitation of nature and people. Anyone who feels threatened to access clean water, air, environment, and development can become an extreme fighter for these rights because of the changed consciousness, which is based on the ethics of ecology. No one on the territory called earth can resist this army. Compass of the future for every individual, prime minister, director of the corporation, for all people who at this moment are deciding in which direction should the planet go - is to set the compass in the right and ethical direction.

How the ethics for the present age is possible

The subject of this paper is how one is to act in the present age, when there are no solid grounds left for moral reflections and choices. I am referring here to Kierkegaard's reflections on the «Present Age» that for Kierkegaard is essentially different from the «Age of Revolution». Particularly important is Kierkegaard's criticism of the media as the main supporters of the universal «levelling» of people, that is, making them neglect their of character and true virtuosity, and the public as engaging in generalized envy. This criticism can be transferred to the modern age of digital media. We need to find a different angle to approach the problems that would reach b e-yond subjectivism, objectivism and inter-subjectivism in this context. In this paper I propose the opening of the individual to inter-beingness; that is, the relational conception of an individual's existence. This involves becoming aware of the sensorily present and spiritual co-belongingness that encourages active compassion and love.

James Joyce's fairy tale Cat and the devil as a picture book for children

In a letter of the world-renowned Irish writer James Joyce to his grandson Stephen handwritten fairy tales were found with the implicit title The Cat of Beaugency, later renamed The Cat and the Devil and The Cats of Copenhagen, with illustrations by Casey Sorrow. The fairy tales were published posthumously, e.g. The Cat and the Devil in Letters of James Joyce, 1957. International interest in Joyce’s children’s literature is high, as both short contemporary fairy tales have been published several times in the picture book edition and have been translated into many languages. James Joyce is interesting for Slovenia too, first because he and his girlfriend and later wife Nora Barnacle, on their way to Trieste, accidentally left the train at the Ljubljana train station, where a memorial was also erected (sculptor Jakov Brdar, 2003). Secondly, his literary fairy tale The Cat and the Devil is also intertextually linked with Slovenian folk tradition, notably the Bohinj fairy tale, and also with the tradition of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, since in Cividale stands a large stone-made Devil’s Bridge across the Natisone River, and there are also bridges bearing the same name elsewhere.

Julia Kristeva and the language of love in Slovenian children's literature

In her book Tales of Love (1987), Julia Kristeva analyses the concept of love. She labels her text as «a philosophy of love» and defines love as infinite quests for rebirth through the experience of love. According to Kriste-va, love is explicitly a hymn to the narcissistic power to which «I» may sacrifice itself. Her rhetorical question is whether we all speak of the same thing when we speak about love. Kristeva states that in the rapture of loving the limits of one's own identity vanish; at the same time, the lines between reference and meaning begin to blur in love's discourse. Love is the intense sign of truth and eternity. The subject discovers the confines of its condition and the powerlessness of language. Kristeva concludes that love is the time and space in which «I» assumes the right to be extraordinary. The characteristics of love are: 1) Expectancy: the subject becomes painfully sensitive to its incompleteness that it was not aware of before. 2) The call: the body responds to the symptoms or emotions. 3) The meeting: the mixture of pleasure, hope and promise represents a perfect future. The experience of love is: 1) Symbolic (forbidden, distinguishable, thinkable); 2) Imaginary (what the Self imagines in order to sustain and expand itself); 3) Real (an impossible domain, where affects desire everything and no one accounts for the fact that the self is only a part of the whole). In this article, Julia Kristeva's theoretical framework of love will be applied to the following three Slovenian authors of children's books that are in the curriculum at Slovene primary schools and the fact they wrote about love and they use language (metaphors) of love according to Kristeva: F. Preseren: This study aims to explore comprehensively and in depth the notion of love in A Wreath of Sonnets and in concrete textual contexts. The study is based on elements expressed rationally as well as on elements based on an analysis of the context (expectation, call, encounter).

The end of the market economy cycle and the beginning of the new circular economy

The transition from a market economy to a circular flow economy of raw materials and materials with the property right of the individual to change global relations between food and non-food producers, the processing industry, the banking and insurance system, government regulations and social awareness that every individual can immediately and today influences first its existential state and indirectly its global trends. The solution to the global economic, social, banking and society infarction lies in the immediate implementation of the new economic framework of the circular economy (operational implementation system - EcoSynergy System). If with the potential of the circular economy will be delayed every day, heart attacks will become more frequent and the consequences unimaginable.

The origins of conflict theory

The theory of conflict, as a sociological phenomenon, which, as the author believes, was created by K. Marx and F. Engels in the late 1840s, explores the similarities and differences between different social groups. These groups related to social wealth and power differently. The article examines the social, political and economic relations and events that led to the publication of the Communist Manifesto in 1848, and then the criminological theories of the 20th century. (V. Bonger, T. Sellin, G. Wold, R. Quini, R. Seidman, and others), inspired by this work. Also the author analyzes the study of M. Kolvin and D. Pauli, focused on the problem of preventing criminal behavior in schoolchildren.

Vedez - the first secular magazine for children in Slovenia (1848/50)

The article presents the characteristics of periodicals for children and young people as an essential element of literary culture in Slovenia. For example, the author examines the first secular magazine for children in Slovenia entitled Vedez (1858-1850). In addition to the magazine Vedez: casopis za mladost sploh, pa tudi za odrasene proste ljudi [Diviner: The Magazine For Youth, as well as Free Adults] (1848-1850), in the period of 1848-1918 in Slovenia the literary magazine for children Vrtec (1871-1941), with the supplement Angeljcek: otrokom ucitelj in prijatelj [Little Angel: A Teacher and a Friend to Children] (1888-1935), and the monthly magazine Zvoncek: list s podobami za slovensko mladino [Little Bell: Magazine with the Images for the Slovenian Youth] (1900-1939), the first magazine with drawings and images, were published. The magazine was founded and edited (1900-1929) by the Slovenian writer for youth, Engelbert Gangl (1873-1950).

Young generations have chosen ecology as their new policy

The spontaneous organization of young people all over the world in a new vision called ecology is reflected in the failure of existing social systems - neoliberalism, religions and associations. The unhappy mass of people around the world is filling the power of collective consciousness that require change. The fear of the truth is the generator of 5G generation development, genome editing by means CRISPR/Cas9, biogenetics, wave genetics, nanotechnologies, bioengineering, robotics, etc. The author suggests that ecology is the new worldview, and nature is an economic partner, stronger than anyone, without negotiation.

«Негативная» и «позитивная» свобода: онтологические основания и социально-философский анализ

В статье автор демонстрирует, что первые концепции свободы имели негативный смыл, представляли свободу как внутреннюю независимость субъекта. На основании рассмотренных подходов к пониманию свободы выводятся основные признаки, которые отличают негативную свободу от позитивной. Негативная свобода связана с абсолютизацией субъекта, т.е. единичного, и отрицанием всеобщего, в своей крайности она всегда абстрактна и бессодержательна. Такая свобода граничит с произволом, а рамки, разделяющие эти два понятия, могут определяться только через субъективные моральные представления самого индивида. Следствием абстрактного характера «свободы от» становится сложность применения негативной свободы к анализу политических процессов: к примеру, республиканская форма правления и демократические институты могут выступить в роли гаранта свободы, понятой как отсутствие внешнего принуждения, но они не следуют из нее самой. При этом создание синтетической теории, которая бы непротиворечиво объединила два подхода, также проблематично по ряду причин. Но главная причина, по которой два подхода представляются противоположными, заключается в том, что негативные подходы к свободе, в отличие от позитивных, всегда апеллируют к единичному, уникальному, а значит, отказываются от попыток применить сущностный подход к человеку и выйти на объективное понимание человеческой сущности, выяснить универсальность человеческой природы.
