The article discusses organizational, economic and managerial relations that determine the organizational behavior of personnel and the system of elements of «lean production» in human resource management. Based on the systematization of theoretical approaches, the essence and interrelation of the management system of organizational behavior and elements of corporate Lean culture are revealed, the possible directions of the influence of lean production culture on the organizational behavior of employees, taking into account the specifics of the personnel management of a particular organization, are substantiated. Differentiation of the main elements of the organizational behavior management system allowed the authors to identify elements that are proposed to be considered as determining socio-economic resources in the system of lean manufacturing development: corporate culture management, leadership management, Talent management, loyalty management, organizational resistance management, organizational conflict management...
