Методы профилактики интраоперационного разрыва при выполнении оперативных вмешательств интракраниального клипирования аневризм

Интраоперационный разрыв аневризмы (ИРА) - одно из самых грозных осложнений интракраниального клипирования. Его частота в зависимости от локализации и анатомических особенностей аневризмы может достигать 50%. ИРА приводит к увеличению числа неблагоприятных исходов в 1,5-3 раза. Существует множество методик, направленных на уменьшение вероятности развития этого осложнения, однако все они имеют существенные ограничения. В обзоре анализируются основные факторы риска развития ИРА и методы его профилактики, а также современные мероприятия, направленные на уменьшение последствий этого осложнения.
