Проанализированны данные литературы, включая мета-анализы, многоцентровые исследования. Описаны ключевые компоненты программы быстрого восстановления (ERAS) в послеоперационном периоде при хирургическом лечении больных раком ободочной кишки с точки зрения патофизиологии и нейрогуморальной регуляции. Послеоперационное ведение пациентов предполагает эффективную аналгезию, ранние активизацию, энтеральное питание и регидратацию. Применение основных алгоритмов концепции мультимодальной программы ускоренной реабилитации, начиная с предоперационной подготовки пациентов, позволяет улучшить непосредственные результаты хирургического лечения, снизить длительность послеоперационной реабилитации, а так же риски послеоперационных осложнений.
