Данная статья посвящена анализу результатов исследования, проведенного в рамках НИР «Социальный капитал вуза: исследование, измерение, влияние на эффективность деятельности»1. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что уровень развития социального капитала, а также инструменты его накопления и мобилизации прямо или косвенно (в зависимости от элемента социального капитала и направлений его развития/задействования) влияют на показатели эффективности вуза. В то же время определенная часть вузовских руководителей различного уровня не имеет ясного представления о возможностях использования социального капитала для повышения организационной эффективности.

Directions and Methods of the Social Capital’s Conversion into the Indicators of University Activity Efficiency
This article is devoted to the analysis of the study results carried out within the framework of R&D «Social Capital of the University: Research, Measurement, Impact on Activity Efficiency». The study revealed that the level of the social capital development as well as the instruments of its accumulation and use directly or indirectly (depending on the element of social capital and its development/use directions) affect the efficiency indicators of the university. At the same time, most of the heads of the university do not imagine how to fully use the opportunities of human capital both at the level of the department, at the level of faculties/institutes and the university as a whole.
