Scientific problem in the structure of pedagogical research: methodological requirements and implementation variations

The basic characteristics of scientific problem, its role in the system of methodological focuses and the ways of implementation of methodological requirements to its statement in pedagogical research are revealed. It is stated that the scientific problem is a systemically important and form-generating element of pedagogical study. The empirical results of study discover the row of problem areas in the process of formulating the scientific problem, particularly the semantic duplication.
