The researches made last years by the Russian scientists, have allowed to develop and implant new comprehensive approaches in treatment and preventive maintenance of immunodeficient states with use immunotropic drugs of the directed action. [1; 3] at the same time, actual is use immunometabolic biostimulants of a wide action spectrum, especially their application in a complex «mother - fruit - the newborn» that it is preferable to consider as the uniform system binding level of a metabolism and nonspecific resistance of mothers with prenatal development of fruits, their physiological state at a birth and the subsequent development [2; 4; 5].

MATERIALS AND METHODS OF RESEARCH

Efficacy of action immunomodulatory the composition including the water-soluble sulphate salts gland, copper, cobalt and zinc, on a basis ASD - 2 and succinic acid. Studied against the taken over technology and medical - preventive actions taken over in the pigbreeding complex of Kursk region calculated on reception and cultivation of 12 thousand of pigs in year. At carrying out of know-how observed a principle of analogues at formation of skilled and control bunches of animals, equivalent on conditions of maintenances, feeding and age parametres. For experience carrying out it has been generated 60 goal. Sows, alive mass 180 - 200 kg, with 2h - 3х a diurnal difference in date of insemination which have divided on two bunches from which have been chosen on 10 goal. Analogues for carrying out of biochemical control of blood and clinical supervision. To sows first bunches (п=30) introduced the examinee composition Intramuscularly on 80е and 97е days of gestation in a dose of 5,0 ml. Animals of the second bunch (п=30), served as control.

Immuno-tread actions immunomodulatory composition served as criteria of an assessment indexes of efficiency of sows for a production cycle, nonspecific immunodefence, level and an orientation of metabolites of a metabolism.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

The made blood tests of sows in the most physiologically intense season allow to notice that in skilled bunch of sows the glucose and crude protein maintenance has authentically increased, at activization scale - globulin fractions which testifies to increase of quantity of immunoglobulins in the blood, characterising activity of humoral factors of nonspecific immunodefence, increase of an immune responsiveness of an organism deeply pregnant sows. The tendency of increase an alpha - globulins which is formed glycoproteins which augmentation above physiological norm testifies to a stressful state of an organism is observed . Beta - globulin the fraction contains ¾ all lipids of whey of the blood which increase specifies in toxic processes descending in an organism that is bound to the penetrating season of gestation.

Use of studied composition has authentically increased the maintenance of iron, copper and cobalt in blood deeply pregnant sows of skilled bunch, the positive tendency of increase of indexes of the maintenance of zinc in blood is noted. At the same time, the augmentation of the specified trace elements in blood, testifies to activization of exchange processes in an organism of sows, thus an interrelation of calcium and phosphorus within norm. It is necessary to notice that nonspecific immunocorrection invokes the more general changes in the immune answer and leads to change of activity of cellular components of immune system. Thus the great value in an assessment of a state of immune system has an interrelation of helper and suppressor cells of lymphocytes (T-x\T-c) in the peripheric blood, reflecting accordingly stimulating and overwhelming action in reactions of the immune answer. In experiences authentic decrease T-supressornyh of cages and to augmentation T-helperov is positioned, at use metallosuktsinata (tab. 2) that testifies to its stimulating influence on activity of cellular factors of immunodefence. The authentic augmentation In -lymphocytes and class immunoglobulins-G, in skilled bunch that specifies in activation of humoral immunodefence factors is thus positioned, and it will be co-ordinated with authentic augmentation γ - globulin fractions of crude protein and its authentic augmentation in skilled bunch of sows.

Results of the made experience have shown that medication positive transplacental impact on deeply pregnant sows is characterized by enriching of quality of received brooding

(tab. 3) makes. Thus it is necessary to emphasise a decrease tendency stillbirth pigs in skilled bunch (on 2,15 %) at gain in yield of "business" pigs on 3,2 %.

CONCLUSION

Application of bonds of succinates of iron, copper, zinc and cobalt in a combination to the second fraction ASD deeply pregnant sows, positively influenced season flow of gestation, the farrowing and a puerperal period; in dungs the number mortinatus and low-weight pigs decreased; at sows the positive tendency on indexes of immune and metabolic processes in an organism is noted.
