О состоянии сферы управления инновациями в Российской Федерации в современных условиях неопределенности

В современных постоянно изменяющихся условиях для устойчивого развития экономики Российской Федерации важно обеспечить технологическую независимость страны во всех сферах деятельности страны. Рекордный уровень безработицы в первом квартале 2024 также свидетельствует о необходимости привлечения новых технологий и новых подходов к организации производственного процесса, оказания услуг и проведения работ. Сегодня развитие сферы инноваций обеспечивает государству высокий уровень конкурентоспособности на рынке и способствует устойчивому экономическому развитию. Хозяйствующие субъекты, корпорации, регионы и целые государства все более ассоциируются с новыми знаниями, инновациями, технологическим прогрессом. В данной статье проводится анализ некоторых показателей, которые характеризуют текущее состояние национальной инновационной системы, трендов и перспектив ее развития, а также осуществляется поиск тех факторов, что препятствуют инновационному развитию экономики России.

On the state of innovation management in the Russian Federation in modern conditions of uncertainty
In today's constantly changing conditions, for the sustainable development of the economy of the Russian Federation, it is important to ensure the technological independence of the country in all areas of the country's activities. The record unemployment rate in the first quarter of 2024 also indicates the need to attract new technologies and new approaches to the organization of the production process, provision of services and work. Today, the development of the innovation sector provides the state with a high level of competitiveness in the market and contributes to sustainable economic development. Business entities, corporations, regions and entire states are increasingly associated with new knowledge, innovations, and technological progress. This article analyzes some indicators that characterize the current state of the national innovation system, trends and prospects for its development, and also searches for those factors that hinder the innovative development of the Russian economy.
