Обзор литературы посвящён оценке эффективности и безопасности транскатетерных методов абляции. Рассмотрены и оценены преимущества и недостатки каждой из этих методик. Детально рассмотрены результаты крупных исследований посвященных использованию катетеров с датчиком давления катетер-ткань и криобаллона второй генерации в лечении пароксизмальной и персистирующей форм ФП. Проанализированы актуальные проблемы низкой эффективности лечения персистирующей формы ФП, и рассмотрены возможные пути ее повышения.
