On Synchronization of Clocks in the Inertial Coordinate Systems

The stationary plane monochromatic wave (in the Lorentzcovariant form) was used as a universal tool for time–space metrization. A coordinate-dependent condition for synchronization of clocks in the inertial systems, which is a generalization of the standard synchronization procedure, has been obtained from the formal treatment of the Lorentz transformations.
