Послание Президента Российской Федерации к Федеральному Собранию 29 февраля 2024 года несомненно является актуальной темой исследования, поскольку в нем сформулированы масштабные задачи и предложены пути их решения на шесть лет с 2024 по 2030 год. Цель статьи состоит в том, чтобы из всего многообразия задач рассмотреть задачи в области демографии и социальной политики. Объект исследования: Послание Президента Российской Федерации к Федеральному Собранию 29 февраля 2024 года.

Address of the president of the russian federation to the federal assembly on the problems of demography and social policy
The Address of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly on February 29, 2024 is undoubtedly a relevant topic of research, since it formulates large-scale tasks and proposes ways to solve them for six years from 2024 to 2030. The purpose of the article is to consider the tasks in the field of demography and social policy from the whole variety of tasks. The object of the research is the Address of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly on February 29, 2024. Such research methods as analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, and comparison are used. The results of the study.The main measures to solve them were considered - the creation of new national projects «Family» and «Long and Active Life», a single monthly allowance for families with children and pregnant women, maternity capital, state support for large families, a social contract, a family mortgage, repayment by the state of part of a mortgage loan for the family, tax deductions, improvement of the system of remuneration in the public sector, savings certificate, creation of a new comprehensive program for the protection of motherhood, preservation of the health of children and teenagers, construction of sports facilities, renovation and opening of medical facilities. classrooms in schools. a single monthly allowance for families with children and pregnant women, maternity capital, state support for large families, a social contract, a family mortgage, repayment by the state of part of a mortgage loan for the family, tax deductions, improvement of the system of remuneration in the public sector, savings certificate, creation of a new comprehensive program for the protection of motherhood, preservation of the health of children and teenagers, construction of sports facilities, renovation and opening of medical facilities, classrooms in schools. The main conclusion is that the implementation of the new national projects «Family» and «Long and Active Life» in conjunction with other instruments of social policy will be able to have a positive impact on increasing the birth rate, increasing life expectancy, supporting and strengthening families with children, and developing social policy. In the literature review, it should be noted that not much time has passed since the announcement of the Address, so articles appeared mainly in the print media. There is no doubt that in the future there will be articles that will analyze the implementation of the Address on all the issues considered in it, especially the problems contained in the five new national projects after their approval.
