The legal aspect of the interaction of public and non-public railway transport from the point of view of a systematic approach

The paper considers the legal aspect of the interaction of public and non-public railway transport as a function of the subsystem of legal relations. The system's management objects are highlighted, and the categories of its environment are defined: the external environment and the internal environment. The content of the external and internal environment in relation to the legal relations of the parties is determined, as well as their role in ensuring the sustainable and efficient functioning of the non-public railway transport system.
