Актуальность. Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам участия адвоката потерпевшего в его допросе, обращается внимание на отсутствие концептуальных разработок тактики участия адвоката потерпевшего в досудебном производстве и их востребованность в практике адвокатской деятельности. Приведены статистические сведения о низких показателях удовлетворения ходатайств адвокатов в судебных заседаниях и рост нарушения закона в досудебном производстве, низкий уровень подготовленности адвокатов по вопросам тактических приемов и метода моделирования, что обуславливает необходимость разработки предложенных вопросов.

Application of the modeling method in law practice
Relevance. The article is devoted to topical issues of the participation of the victim's lawyer in his interrogation, attention is drawn to the lack of conceptual developments of the tactics of the victim's lawyer's participation in pre-trial proceedings and their relevance in the practice of advocacy. Statistical data on the low rates of satisfaction of lawyers' petitions in court sessions and the growth of violations of the law in pre-trial proceedings, the low level of preparedness of lawyers on tactical techniques and modeling methods, which necessitates the development of the proposed issues, are presented.
