Психологические, нейробиологические и нейро-эндокринологические особенности синдрома посттравматических стрессовых расстройств

В представленном обзоре обобщены сведения, касающиеся психологических аспектов и нейробиологических, нейроэндокринных механизмов формирования посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР). Изложены основные симптомы и классификация типов ПТСР, проанализированы базовые концепции, объясняющие психологические и нейробиологические особенности развития заболевания. Подробно рассмотрены нейронные сети, связанные с психологической травмой. Представленные современные данные по нейроэндокринным изменениям при ПТСР представляются полезными для сближения научных позиций специалистов в области психологии стресса и исследователей различных аспектов механизмов развития ПТСР.
