This article discusses that public-private partnerships (PPPs) are an effective mechanism that will be used in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the future, which will be successfully used in developed countries and plays an important role in further development of the business environment, small business, and private entrepreneurship. There are also various definitions of PPP and its essence, interpreted by scientists, specialists, and international financial institutions of foreign, CIS countries and national economists.
