Development of strategic priorities of the state policy of support for small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation

The need to determine the effectiveness of state support measures for SMEs makes the chosen topic relevant. The authors used methods of comparative and correlation analysis, trend line construction, and matrixing. The main result is a matrix of project solutions for the synthesis of state support measures for SMEs. The authors' findings are promising for further scientific understanding of regional and sectoral aspects of SME development as promising areas of Russian public policy.
